We run and manage your AI assistant using Queva OS. An inquiry does not create a client relationship. We agree scope, access, monthly price, usage allowance and payment terms in writing before starting.
Support for what we set up
Unlimited support requests when something we set up breaks. Support is available every day, 9 AM to 9 PM Eastern Time. We respond within two support hours. This is a response commitment, not a guaranteed fix time.
New and custom work
New or custom setup work is $125/hour, billed in 15-minute increments of $31.25. It is separate from included support for something we set up that breaks.
Usage and monthly pricing
Monthly limits only, with no rolling five-hour usage limits. We agree your monthly price and usage allowance before starting.
The first 30 days for beta users
Beta users have no usage limits for the first 30 days. Monthly limits apply afterward. We agree your price before you start.
Data, access and accounts
Do not send client, lead or payment data through this website. Before access is given, we agree what access is needed and how it is removed when work ends. No shared passwords. Vendor accounts remain subject to their providers' terms.
