For independent P&C insurance agencies

Know which quotes need a next step.

A quote went out. The producer got busy. Does somebody own what happens next? I audit that handoff, check what your existing AMS or CRM can do, and give you a plan your staff can actually run.

Start a free 15-minute leak checkRead the fictional sample

For owner-led agencies, usually 1 to 25 staff. Long Island first. No AMS replacement required to start.

Start with the quoted-but-not-bound queue.

The first candidate is not an AI receptionist or a new CRM. It is a visible list of open quotes: owner, last meaningful action, next action and due date. An internal exception queue lets a licensed team member decide what happens next.

A process problem we can inspect

Open quotes are spread across inboxes and notes. A next step is missing, ownership is unclear, or nobody notices an overdue follow-up.

A problem automation cannot solve

An uncompetitive premium, carrier appetite, a declined risk or a customer who said no. Those need the right market or human conversation, not more reminders.

Already have AgencyZoom, Epic or another system?

Good. We start there. Native task views, workflows, vendor support and staff training may be sufficient. I do not promise an integration until we check your actual subscription, permissions and platform terms.

A paid audit is for a workflow that remains unclear or crosses handoffs despite those options. If a support call or an existing setting is enough, the free leak check can end there.

A bounded audit, not a whole-agency overhaul.

What you get

  • One agency location and one priority journey
  • Up to 50 recent redacted records or an agreed screen-share
  • A baseline table and next-action map
  • A check of existing-tool options
  • A ranked fix specification, costs and acceptance checks
  • A recorded walkthrough and findings call

What it takes

$1,500 flat

Five business days after agreed inputs are ready. About 75 minutes with the owner; staff may need another 30 to 60 minutes to prepare the sample.

Start with a free 15-minute conversation. No policyholder records, exports or logins needed for that call.

Optional build, fee credit and Guard terms

Use commission, not premium, in the business case.

A $2,000 policy is not $2,000 of agency revenue. A missing follow-up is not a proven lost sale. The report separates measured records, estimated incremental commission and unknown outcomes. It accounts for costs and overlapping contacts. A zero-benefit outcome stays visible.

The audit delivery promise: the agreed checklist by the confirmed deadline after inputs are ready, or your choice of a revised date or a full audit-fee refund. No revenue, retention or policies-sold guarantee. Terms.

Your licensed team stays in charge.

Why this approach?

The Big I's summary of Catalyit's 2026 research describes underused systems, duplicate entry and unclear data ownership. The 2024 Agency Universe Study also identifies operating efficiency and carrier-interface challenges. Neither establishes what your agency is losing or what you should pay me.

Proof boundary: the sample is fictional. Broader portfolio work shows how I think and build, not proven agency commission recovery.

Questions before a call

Will this work with my AMS?

We confirm the actual platform, subscription and access route. If the required permissions or features are unavailable, I revise the scope or recommend no build. I do not claim universal AMS connectivity.

What if the report says not to automate?

That is a valid outcome. You still receive the agreed evidence and handoff. The audit fee buys the diagnosis, not a promised upsell or revenue number.

What if my agency has very few open quotes?

We may use a longer agreed window, choose a different process, or skip the paid audit. A thin sample does not justify a confident return-on-investment claim.

Can my team or another provider implement the plan?

Yes. You keep the delivered plan and documentation. If you ask me to build, scope and fixed price are agreed separately. Software licenses and usage remain separate.

Show me one handoff that keeps slipping.

No slides, no customer data and no platform commitment for the free call.
