Then nudge

• In-app recommendations
• Email nudges for users who haven't tried the feature
• Onboarding updates to surface the feature

Avoid

• Feature promotion for sake of engagement metric
• Annoying prompts users ignore
• Celebrating shallow feature touches (open doesn't = adoption)
