• Prioritize GDPR compliance for EU traffic, Convert is the most privacy-forward option
• Consider PostHog's self-hosted option if data ownership matters, it's free at smaller scale and matures well
• Budget training time for any tool, CRO tools only produce value when the team actually uses them weekly
